We provide internships to college undergraduate and graduate students, as well as non-students interested in pursuing art museum careers. Volunteers

Museum for African Art Volunteers give guided exhibition tours, teach workshops, assist with fundraising and membership, and help with community outreach programs. We have an on-going need for volunteers with good verbal, clerical, or computer skills, and an enthusiasm for Africa Art. If you have time to give on a regular or occasional basis, or would like to know more about volunteering for the Museum for African Art,
please contact the Education Department at 718–784–7700 ext. 122.
